  • How can I place an order?

    Please select the weight and quantity required. All yarns/fibres are dyed to order. We aim to ship within 2 weeks of your order, however this can be up to 3 weeks in the run up to Christmas. If the yarn is in stock, then shipping will be within 3 working days.

  • what bases do you use?

  • how are the products photographed?

    All our main products pictures are photographed using natural daylight. We feel this gives the truest representation of the colours, however please bear in mind that different monitors/devices can vary.

  • Can i place a custom order?

    We do not currently offer this service.

  • matching skeins/variation in colours

    Hand dyed yarn is an artisan product, and even skeins from the same batch will have slight variations. While this adds to the unique beauty of our yarn, so please be aware of this when ordering multiple skeins.

  • digital downloads

    Digital download links will be emailed following payment. If after 24 hours you haven’t received your link, please check your spam folder in case it is there. If not please contact us with your order number here.

  • Do you offer samples?

    Samples are not currently available.

  • can you wind my yarn for me?

    Regretfully, we do not currently offer a yarn winding service.

  • How can I pay?

  • We use Stripe and Paypal to process our online payments. Both methods are secure and offered at time of checkout. Please note that Stripe is integrated to our checkout process, while Paypal is available as an alternative option.

  • i forgot to add a discount code. can i add it to my order?

    Discount codes can only be used at time of checkout, and not added retrospectively.

  • My discount code has expired. can I still use it?

  • Regretfully, time sensitive discount codes cannot be used after the expiry date.

    All transactions are on line only and shipped to the buyer.

    We love to collaborate with fellow members of the creative community. Please contact us with your project suggestions here.

  • I’d like to start dying yarn. Do you teach?

    Sorry, we don’t currently offer lessons.

  • What suppliers and techniques do you use?

    Our methods, recipes, techniques are proprietary information, and as such we do not share our list of suppliers.

  • do you donate yarn for charity?

    Sorry, we are unable to provide free yarn for charity. We have a several causes close to our heart, and any work to support these is initiated by ourselves.

  • PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

    Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

    YOUR RIGHTS

    If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

    Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

    DATA RETENTION

    When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

    CHANGES

    We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
