            SHIPPING & DELIVERY

            • HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

              Our flat rate shipping fees are:

              Republic Of Ireland: €5.50 (Untracked)

              UK/EU/Rest Of The World: €8 (Tracked)

              Free tracked shipping on all orders over €200 (discount automatically applied at checkout).

              All orders are shipped via An Post (Ireland’s national mail service provider).

              UK/EU/Rest Of The World

              Tracking is included on all international orders. Tracking details will be included in dispatch confirmation email. You can track the delivery of your order here.

              Ireland

              Orders to within the Republic Of Ireland are shipped using An Post’s standard service. This service is untracked, however most orders arrive within 1 to 2 working days. Tracking can be added if desired for the flat rate of €8. This additional option is available at checkout. Free tracked shipping on orders over €200.

               

              • WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

                Please note that we mainly dye to order.

                In stock items: shipped within 3-5 working days.

                Dye to order items: 1-2 weeks. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, and so most are shipped within a week to ten days, however this is not always possible during busy times (eg sales and Christmas).

                 

              • WHERE IS MY ORDER?

                Overseas orders can take two to six weeks to arrive. Please allow extra time during the run up to Christmas. Please remember that we have no control over delivery times.

                Claims of non receipt for standard shipping should not be made until 28 working days after postage. as until that time an order is considered delayed only.

                • Note: some orders are currently taking longer for delivery due to global and regional COVID-19 restrictions. Please allow for this possible increase in delivery times. 

              • DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOM CHARGES?

                Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

                 

              • MY CONTACT DETAILS ARE WRONG. CAN I CHANGE THEM?

                It is the customers responsibility to ensure all details are correct at time of purchase. Regretfully, we cannot accept responsibility for any orders which go missing due to incorrect contact details.

                 

              • CAN I COMBINE ORDERS?

              Unfortunately, orders cannot be amended after checkout.

              REFUNDS

              • HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

              We gladly accept returns on unused items.

              Regretfully, refunds will not be issued for items that have been used.

              Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.

              Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. For refunds, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will only be issued once the item has been returned to us.

              If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

               

              • CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY DIGITAL DOWNLOAD?

                Regretfully, because of the nature of these items, refunds/returns cannot be offered on digital downloads. Please contact us if you have any issues with your download.
