I love love love this Fire Rose! I kept my first one as a singles so that I can ply it with this one that I just bought! The 100% SW Merino (21.5 microns!!)spins like a dream and the magenta pink with the firey orange make a great color combination. The staple length of 2-4 inches is fairly long for merino, making it easy even for a beginning spinner.

Fire Rose is a great name for this colorway of brilliant pink and 2 shades of orange. I can hardly wait to spin this 21.5 micron merino. The packaging was awesome, too. Along with 2 skeins of their yarn, is was wrapped in Wild Atlantic Yarns' own tissue paper, then wrapped again in heavy packaging paper and neatly fitted into a reusable box--like a special gift! I'm about to revisit this unusual shop. Which I just did to buy another Fire Rose because it spins like silk.
